Meet Jon
We offer a relaxed, professional atmosphere where employees consider each other family. Our leadership team is made up of people who epitomize this atmosphere, more than half of whom have been a member of the Kleinschmidt family for more than two decades.
Our staff averages more than 10 years of service and 22 years of hydro experience. We invest significantly in the technical development of our staff and we have implemented formal mentoring processes to ensure that knowledge and experience are passed along to the next generation.
