Leadership

Trevor has been a member of the Kleinschmidt family for 18+ years and is currently serving as the Director of Project and Risk Management. He is a Senior Civil Engineer and Project Manager that has experience fulfilling  clients’ needs in many service areas.  Trevor’s technical capabilities include multi-disciplinary project management, completing hydrologic and hydraulic studies, dam breach analyses, turbine and penstock inspections, hydropower plant construction administration and commissioning support. He has managed civil, geotechnical, structural, mechanical, electrical design and quality assurance staff, and functioned as a client manager for several of our foundational clients.

Trevor has previously served as the chair of Kleinschmidt’s safety committee, as a Team Leader for the Hydro Design group and as a Section Manager for Systems Engineering group.  He and is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Project Management Institute, and currently serves as the Vice Chair of our Board of Directors.
