Leadership

Scott has been with Kleinschmidt for more than 21 years and has been a member of the leadership team since 2002. He has 38+ years of industry experience assessing and mitigating the impact of hydropower operations on aquatic environments. Scott has worked on fish passage project at hydroelectric facilities throughout North American and is a nationally recognized expert on American eel passage.

In his current role, Scott oversees all project delivery and is responsible for technical development of Kleinschmidt’s engineering, science, and regulatory talent. He coordinates with the leadership team to ensure project teams are appropriately sized and that project scope, schedule, and budget are executed to the benefit of our clients. Scott facilitates the integration of new technologies, methodologies, and staff technical advancements into Kleinschmidt’s daily approach to providing practical solutions to complex problems.
