Leadership

Kelly has been a member of the Kleinschmidt family since 2014 and has more than 20 years of industry experience including strategic regulatory planning, land use and environmental resources management, project management, habitat restoration, public outreach and facilitation, and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) licensing and compliance activities.

In her current role, Kelly provides long-term strategic planning and operational management for Kleinschmidt’s Science, Regulatory, and Modeling & GIST Division. She supervises and mentors Section Managers, drives innovative thinking in business practices and technical approaches for new and traditional service lines and has overall responsibility for meeting the Division’s goals and performance.  She is an active member of numerous industry associations including the National Hydropower Association, Northwest Hydroelectric Association, and participates in various industry forums.
