Keenan Goslin, P.E.

Senior Project Engineer

“I’m excited to continue working on renewable energy projects with Kleinschmidt and out clients to create sustainable, cost effective energy solutions.” 


Kennan joined Kleinschmidt in 2015 after also working here briefly in 2007.  Between those times he worked as a research engineer developing and testing composites for military and civil infrastructure uses.  His focus was on hybrid composite structures related to bridges and blast and ballistic resistant structures.  At Kleinschmidt Kennan’s focus is on hydropower engineering including penstocks, gates and powerhouses. Projects include inspection work and design. He manages and works on domestic and international projects.

Keenan has a M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Maine and B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Maine. He is a SPRAT Level I Technician and Kleinschmidt Rope Access Team Leader and an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and Structural Engineers Association of Rhode Island.
