Jesse specializes in structural assessment and design of various hydropower facility components, such as penstocks, draft tubes, surge tanks, headgates, Tainter gates, trashracks, intake structures, and powerhouses. He also provides additional services, such as the development of Opinions of Probable Construction Costs, construction assistance and monitoring, rope access inspections of penstocks, surge tanks, and Tainter gates, and drone inspections of various hydropower facility components.
Jesse has a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Maine, a M.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Maine and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in Maine, Florida, and Nevada. He is also a FAA – Licensed Commercial Drone Pilot and SPRAT – Level I Rope Access Technician.
