Becky Allen, P.E., P.G.

Engineering Section Manager

Becky is a geological engineer with experience designing and rehabilitating dams, canals, and levees. Her technical work has included seepage and stability modeling, simplified liquefaction triggering analysis, risk assessments, and filter design. She is a FERC approved independent consultant; has inspected over 100 dams ranging from a few feet to over 600 feet in height; conducted 30 miles of canal safety inspection; and observed construction and modifications of earthen, concrete, and RCC dams. While living and working in New Zealand, she helped rebuild efforts from the devastating 2011 Christchurch earthquakes.

Becky has a B.S. in Geological Engineering and a B.S. in Geology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is a member of the American Society of Dam Safety Officials (ASDSO) and AEG Dams Technical Working Group.
