Leadership

Aaron has been a member of the Kleinschmidt family for 23+ years and began his career as a computer programmer and then Manager of Information Technology. In 2005, he was promoted to Manager of IT and Finance and then Chief Financial Officer.

In his role, Aaron has full responsibility for the firm’s financial operations including accounting, budgeting, tax, insurance, credit, and treasury functions.  He is responsible for formulating financial policy and plans to meet Kleinschmidt’s short and long-term strategic goals, ensuring the company’s viability.  Aaron also leads corporate HR, IT, Purchasing, and Facilities functions.
