Jason Kent Joins Kleinschmidt

Pittsfield, Maine – July 31, 2019 – Kleinschmidt Associates, an engineering, regulatory, and environmental consulting firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Jason Kent, as Senior Consultant, to the Project Management Team.

Jason has a comprehensive background in civil/water resource engineering and program management. As a project manager and team leader, Jason has led the integration of design elements from several distinct disciplines, including hydrology, hydraulic engineering, electrical engineering, structural engineering, software development, manufacturing, and construction. His technical experience in water resource engineering includes hydraulics & hydrology modeling and analysis, fish passage analysis and design, water quality analysis, river characterization and stream habitat inventory.

Jason has an M.S. in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University and a B.S. in Environmental Biology from Ohio University. He is on the board of the Oregon State Board of Examiners for Engineering and Land Surveying and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the American Fisheries Society (AFS).  He is a licensed Professional Engineer in six states and is a certified Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute (PMI).
