Pittsfield, ME, 3/26/2018 – Kleinschmidt Associates, an engineering, regulatory, and environmental consulting firm, is excited to announce our new Principal Consultant for Hydraulics and Hydrology, Chris Goodell and Principal Consultant and member of the Modeling and GIST Division, Steve Layman. Chris and Steve have 50 years combined experience managing diverse water resource projects, and advancing sustainable solutions and environmental stewardship.
Chris is an internationally known leader in HEC-RAS and dam breach modeling with a particular interest in risk-based solutions for hydraulic modeling. Steve is an aquatic ecologist and fishery biologist with a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences. Both enhance our deep bench of technical professionals and commitment to providing practical solutions for complex problems affecting energy, water and the environment.
